While I wouldn't go so far as to say it is the rarest of the rare,...the SD-2 was only made for 5 years and I rarely see them on the market. I lucked out and picked mine up for $35 off of craigslist(a quick check of ebay shows incomplete auctions with around a $90 starting bid).
I hardly ever see them on other peoples' pedalboards either.
