It is not in stores yet. It was announced this week so it will take a few months before the production line is fully up and running.
Based on last years release of the 5 dist pedals and the release of the AC-3 the year before I will estimate

Japan/Taiwan: 3 months
USA : 4 months
Europe: 5 months

so we're looking at June/July/August depending upon where you're located.

Hopefully this will bring down prices for the DM-2.
