I recently bought a Boss CE-2 chorus of a pawn shop, its an 1982 model according to the serial number in the battery compartment, and its made in Japan.
In the bottom has a big velcro piece, but they removed the label, so its just velcro then the metal part. Where can I find a replacement label, I think its the black one......?

Hi studiologos and welcome!
This is one part we wish we could buy from Roland, but... there aren't any.
You are in very good company - having an awesome pedal with no bottom label. For the more expensive pedals, what some people do to restore them is buy a cheaper pedal with an identical label and swap base plates. This isn't even really cheating if the pedals are MIJ (no serial on the label), were contemporary, and had identical labels when they were made.

Hi studiologos, I just looked at your picture...I read somewhere that you can buy replacement bottom plates which I assume would consist of the plate and black rubber part...everything except for the label? I'm sure others know more about this than I do, so please correct me if I'm wrong |

Roland will sell you a current metal plate (MIT PSA style) and a black rubber stick-on "foot". No labels though.... |
