Has anyone here experimented greatly, and or use, the above 8 input 16 Track digital recording studios, with 40GB Hard disk for recording projects?
I have surfed around harmony-central gear reviews etc etc and while these units have a host of features, just wondering if anyone can give REAL advice whether or not to buy one.
Also, both of these have been around a little more than a year, and is digital studio in a box technology moving fast or slow, and are these two units going to survive a while or be obsoleted soon?
In canada the Boss is $1729 and the Zoom is $1159 cDN, and on eBay, they can be had for quite a bit less.
