I maybe have the opportunity to trade my minty BE-5 against a OD-1. I think that it sounds like a good trade to me, but is it?

I think it is. The old multieffects like the BE-5 and ME-5 seems to go for about the same price as the average compact pedal on Ebay. The OD-1 cost a bit more than average so I think you might be doing a good deal.

Our Drummer has a BE-5 for when he dabbles in guitar..it's not a bad little effects unit,i think the chorus is a CE-2 and the delay is a DD-2 or 3..as Bossarea said it's probably a good trade..it really depends hoW much your gassin' for a 0D-1.....

Well, he changed his mind anyway. Too bad, I would have gone for it. But I like that little unit as well. So it´s ok. I´ll stick to my other OD-1, but two would have been nice though...
