Most of the newer pedals will have a year and a copyrightsign, this is usually on the first page.
At the very last page, at the bottom there is a code with a year as well.
Older pedals do not have the copyrightsign, some of them may just have a year at the last page.
Just wondering if this year and copyrightsign could be a clue to a change in the pedal.
So far I have noticed a DS-1 with a 1994 year, but the pedal is from 2004 and the code at the last page of manual has different year.
I am posting this away from home, and I noticed this a few days ago, so some of the details are a little scatchy, but again, I think the manual may be able to give us something more about changes in some pedaldesigns.
Perhaps we can post more examples and discuss further.
I know, we can now date the pedal, but it may still be a mistery when some pedals changed components [or other small issues.....] |
