I enjoy Deadliest Catch (I dont have discovery but its often on C4 so I try to watch it when I can). He seemed like such a nice guy, definately great at his craft... Such a shame. How old was he out of interest? I read that he had a stroke  Tragic.

I watched it a few times but wouldn't be familiar with all the people....we play in a small fishing port/village outside of Dublin and i've got to know a good few of the guys and it's a tough way of life...fishing is really hard work and getting harder by the day especially here due to the stupid EU rules and regulations.. ...RIP Capt Phil... |

| Thats one of my favorite shows, and he was one of the cooler captains. I wonder what fishing season they were in and if the Discovery Channel cameras were there. Because last season when that guy on the Northwestern's sister died, that episode was so sad, it damn near brought tears to my eyes, and if this is aired, it will probably do the same thing.... |

They were in opie season, And it happen while they were off loading. And think that it is on tape don't know if it will be aired. |
