Found this site the other day and downloaded a demo to my phone:
www.chordgenie.com
It's a chord dictionary for your phone (phone needs to be java enabled) but also included a pitch pipe, metronome and a few other goodies. Probably worthwhile getting the full version if the demo works for you (about US$12, I think) as you can only browse/search for chords with the root note of A with the demo.
Has all the inversions, all different positions on the neck, you can hear what the chord should sound like - string-by-string. Store your own chords or chord charts for songs! Switch instruments, left or right handed views. It's got a lot in it. I was very impressed.
It's really great and only about 60k in size.
Got to love technology.
Go get a demo guys. |

G'day mate.
Yeah, real easy. I just went to the website via my phone (not the actual www.chordgenie.com but the one they suggest there for going direct from your phone.) I don't think I've got the ability to transfer from PC to phone. Anyway, once you go to that site on your phone, the only link is "download" and once selected, it just downloads and installs.
Worked fine for me. Worth a try as it's only a free demo anyway. |

I've also looked for a "free" version, but couldn't find one anywhere.
Sorry. |
