What do you think of this analog pedal?
It's supposed to be the true sonic replica of the famous BOSS CE-1 chorus... Anyone has tried it? What do you think of it?

long time no see bro'..... ...... i've heard very good things as well about this one,but i think it's has only a mono out like the CE-2...before i got my CE-2 it was on my shortlist to check out along with analogmans bi chorus..... |

Update!
I traded my mint, almost unused SD-1 (in box) plus $ 40 in cash, for an almost new-in-box Voodoo Labs Analog Chorus.. Was it a good deal? |

If you were G.A.S.in' for a Voodoo labs chorus it was.... let us know what it sounds like...i'm sure Dr Bob would be interested as well as he'a bit of a chorus freak too.. did you ever have a CE-2 or any boss/other chorus to compare it to..?
off topic... yep bro' the band is back on the road nearly two years now after that little dip for a few months due to a little too much partying by all concerned...  .were finding it hard to keep a steady bass player we went through 2 since christmas last... but the present one is looking good for the moment..... |

Congrats.
Are there any online sound samples of this chorus?
I'm not familiar with the Voodoo Labs one.
And as Franzoni says, I do have a very large collection of assorted Chorus Pedal effects.
And would be interested to hear this one.

Hi Dr. Bob - here is where you can hear samples. I've got one of these and think it's great, but it seems a bit "hissier" than my old CE-2.

I'll listen to them later, but it seems that they have a few other pedals in the mix as well.
In one way:
It sort of tends to disguise the true sound/tone of the chorus.
But in another way:
It probably gives a truer indication, of what they sound like in a small rig.
I think, I would still prefer to hear them as stand-alone.
