hey guys
since everyone has been so helpful with my ds-1 issues, i figured i'd ask for more help on a pedal that has been plaguing me.
i got a ts 9 from a guy that tried to mod it, but i plugged it in long ago and decided to leave it for another day. that day is now!
what happens is this: just running through the pedal at all causes extreme drop in volume. if you plug the guitar straight into the amp with the amp on 2 and then plug through the pedal, even when the pedal is off, you would have to run the amp to 4 to get a similar decibel level...
is it a i/o buffer problem that would be corrected if the truebypass mod is done? or is there something else that i should look for.
yes, i used a known good battery and the wall wart- no difference
