Hi,

I've a little problem, please try to be mercyful with my (very) bad english: my old CS2 lost the oval rubber around the hole where the screw place to block the cover (a.k.a the switch) where's the battery. Nothing of deadly important, due to the fact that I don't use battery instead of power supply, but I'm a very precise person and I've to add that the loss of the rubber provocate a little (almost impercetible) shake and sometimes I must to switch twice to turn on or off the effect.

Do you know if there's someone that sell this rubber?

a 5/16'' or 8mm neoprene grommet from an automotive supplier will work fine. I get them in a pack of 5 for about 3 dollars. Roland Canada wants $1.25 each minimum order $20 and you pay shipping.

a hardware store might also carry a close replacement grommet:

There's no more hardware stores in North America just Home Depot.

A grommet is used mainly on cars where wires pass through the firewall or a panel to stop the wires chaffing and as a seal. I am guessing that a 5/16" grommet would fit into the same size hole if it was round. Is that how they are measured?
An Automotive electrical shop would probably stock theses as well.

yes, they are measured by the size of the hole it goes into
