The Circle of Fifths shows the relationships among the twelve tones of the chromatic scale, their corresponding key signatures, & the associated major & minor keys. Intended as a guide for composition, it has become essential to writing music due to its design that is very helpful in composing & harmonizing melodies, building chords & progressions in traditional harmony.

Here's a hint: Hold your mouse button down as you move over the key & mode menus to see the wheel spin.

In Internet Explorer, save it to your computer as type "Web Archive, single file (*.mht)".
