found one at my local shop, guy said around 150 but he didn't cause they just got it in and he just started working there. Whats a good used price for one? Its got a bunch of velcro residue on the bottom and there isn't the rubber "mat" either.
I paid $100 US for mine and it was used, but in great shape. You can get one for new $150 plus shipping on Robert Keeley's website. GREAT Pedal by the way!
I think I might head in tomorrow or wed and give them my SD-1 and pay the difference. I can't get similar tones outta my MXR distortion + so I never use it.

I wouldn't even waste my time trading with this yahoo. It doesn't sound like he wants to sell/trade product too bad, and I have the feeling he would offer you next to nothing on your stuff.
I'd keep an eye out on ebay. I have a Keeley-modded BD-2 in my board. I bought mine used several years ago for 110 or so IIRC. Sometimes you'll find 'em for less than that. I'd go that route before I'd waste my time with your "local shop".
picked up the keeley BD-2 today, its awesome. It only took 45 minutes of playing around with it to earn the #1 dirt box I have. Awesome, smooth, and creamy tones outta it.
