I keep my boss-book in the bathroom, and yesterday I read about the different types of backplates.. I noticed that my Spectrum #6800 have the second backplate type and my question is..

For how long did they keep the first one?

Do you mean painted black? My 6400 and 6500 are both painted black.

No.. I mean that on the first type it just says "roland japan"
But on the second type it says "Products of roland Made in Japan"

When did they change?

That's an error in the book. The label that they call the first one was used a bit later. It's label 2A on the label page (http://www.bossarea.com/labels/labels.htm)
