Yeah, thats really good, we have different opinions but we never argue in an ugly way. I dont know why, but my conclusion is that Boss users are civilized people, and Behringer users are barbarian There has been a couple of troll but Bossarea has quietly removed them.

Yep ditto on the respect. I know however lame or naive a question may be that I ask I'll always get a positive response and help if someone knows what I'm after. Plus I've met some awesome new friends |

This is bar-none the most friendly forum I've had the pleasure to frequent.. nice, knowledgeable, & passionate folk. I can't even say I've ever seen more than a mild disagreement, much less a pissing contest. I wonder about the demographics.. are most of you UKers? I've seen peep across the globe & am in wonderous awe of all participants.
I love it here. I've participated in many forums in the past but now its down to only 2/day. Bossarea & MOOG. Tks goes out to Bossarea for hosting us so graciously for so long a time. I'm quite sure he's proud of the community he's built from what stemmed from a simple interest with not as much coverage as he would have liked.
Tks also to me, you, & the rest o' yas for making this dig so cool a hideaway on the 'net where we can kick around almost anything w/o fear of 15 year old Johnnys with a God complex of discontent & malice who might as well ruin it for all of us.

I like it because you learn interesting and useful things about effects, amps and guitars. Also, you can get to know other effects enthusiasts.
What I've found so remarkable is that it is like we all have about the same age. The difference about the age only comes out in threads like "how old are you" and in generational comments. |

This place is great. No matter what, when people come here and ask a question they either get an informed answer or wished the best of luck on their continueing search.
I'd like to say thank you for all the help and hope this board continues. And I'll continue to be of any help with my limited knowledge. |

...because of the huge knowledge base of Boss products these members hold. Also, and most importantly, because of the respect and maturaty members treat each other with here at Bossarea. Then of course there is the Boss obsession that we all seem to share and indulge in together. Oh, and there seems to be a lot of people around here who appreciate a good beer. |

C.F.Martin&Co.makes a fine uke and they are not cheap. I am currently in the proccess of electrifing a tenor uke. I figger a ce-2 and some digital delay and it will be like nothing Tiny Tim played. You should try one sp-1, with only a few weeks practice I'm sure you'll be able to play my dog has fleas.

| mccartney played it on a uke on one of their albums,I forget which one. check out the canadian James Hill on the web. He's from the west coast here and I have a uke that is autographed by him. Yep ukuleles are musical instruments too. I want an electric one to try with pedals. Hi band flanger? If anyone has any thoughts about pickups,eq's etc that I could use to use to build one let me know. I know you can buy electric uke's but I like weird projects, and I sort of want to do it on the cheap as much as possible. |
