does anybody know any tutorials or have advice on how to use these delay pedals

If you've bought them used and didn't get manuals, you can download them from http://backstage.rolandus.com/product_manuals/?group=2.

I haven't seen any tutorials or recommended settings anywhere but experimenting might get you far.
