^^^ Thank you, the TU-2 and NS-2 are dusty and in need of a clean, but they are the first 2 in my chain so they are the ever presents in my set up bar my Dunlop 535Q Wah.
I like to keep things clean, it just looks nicer.
Oh and im now looking at a CS-1 for my next vintage gear, maybes getting a OC-3 for come octave action ala Satch after that, i may get a TR-2 as well, concidering a shop near me has one for £35 used.
I now have the itch for more and more old/vintage Boss pedals, id love a Paramic EQ pedal the most. |

| ^^^ make sure to read up on the CS-1 before buying it. its a little different than the CS-2 and CS-3 with the VCA's vs photocouplers and stuff. i actually prefer the CS-1 over the 2 and 3 but some people really dislike its tone. |

I found this OD-2;
Download Attachment: od-2.jpg 5.41 KB
So I bought it for $30, I had to go to Roland to get a new knob and bottom rubber to replace the velcro. The knob and rubber only cost 5 bucks so not a bad deal for MIJ OD-2. I was amazed when I phoned Roland for the knob and they had it in stock,for $1.45.I would post a pic of the finished product but I still don't have a digital camera, the above pic is the one from craigslist. So 22 Boss pedals 5 MIJ |

Just received an interesting CH-1. The serial number dates it to June 1989, which would be the second month of production, but the label is a variant that doesn't seem to match the label page here! Cool. :)

Just picked up a ss CS-1, my first real silver screw. Its dated Dec '80 (sn 10100), but it has a type 2 label, "Unscrew using your fingers..."
Too busy tonight, going to give it a workout tomorrow after i get a new third wound G string |

$95, not bad, a few good dings On usedottawa, looks like the guy just posted it and then called me later that night. Not sure if my plate was switched, kinda goes with the date range The screws had washers, and the box itself is a bit bigger, a 1/32" all around, snug in a bcb60 foam. Horrible paint job, I can see brush strokes on the sides. No biggie. Also I now know what photocells look like.Had a quick run of it last night, an OMG, nice color to the tone, like how the cs-2 does, nice when picking on singles Still have to play around with it, think I'll shelve my cs-2 for a bit |

MD-2 with DS-1? wow i could picture that getting muddy. i use mine with a light OD such as an SD-1 with gain set at half on both pedals.(and gain 2 off on the MD-2) into a clean amp and the bridge humbucker. it gives me a perfect "just harsh enought" metal tone |
