The seller says it is made in Japan but the picture resolution isn't high enough for me to confirm it. Does it say Made in Japan or Taiwan? I'm not able to determine. The serial number (CL51081) resolves to October 98 and if the seller is right and this pedal is made in Japan it's by far the latest MIJ pedal I've seen.
It's also interesting that the label has changed from earlier PSM-5s. This one is CE marked and missing from the label gallery.
To me it looks like the seller is incorrect, cause to me it looks like the label clearly states MIT, because the first letter looks like a "T" on the back label....I don't know if I can get the pic enlarged anymore, but I'm pretty sure it says MIT...
