I just picked up one of these Akai MPCs:

Damn GAS.

It looks like a fairly steep learning-curve especially for a white boy like me who's got barely enough rhythm to keep a strum-hand goin' up & down.

I'd also like to get a Roland Handsonic http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/HPD10/ sometime.
