I think, that this pedal is pretty cheap. I'm not interested, since I have a compressor that suits my bass playing style. Maybe one of you wants to grab it!

Are prices for Boss pedals a lot higher in Europe?

There was a CS-1 on the Denver Craig's List a while back. It was listed for $60 and it took almost a year to sell.

All my CS-1s were $75-$100, and only one of them is in even 80% condition.

you should see the money that pre-CBS strats fetch in Italy..

Yes. It always puzzled me that you guys in the US and Canada were able to get your pedals so dirty cheap. Prices of used Boss pedals are noticeably higher here in Europe. My explanation is that this is caused by Roland's price policy for Europe. I can get a new DS-1 here in the Czech Republic for about 75 dollars which is almost a double the price you would pay. Unfortunately, prices of old pedals go in similar fashion.

I was talking to DasBeef about that before he came to the USA for a visit, he picked up a few pedals while he was here.A heck of alot cheaper the buying it in a local shop.It explains why i sell so many pedals overseas, even with my high cost of shipping it's still cheaper

I'm looking at picking up a CS-1, and in the UK, most of them are buy it now for between 95 and 125. I'm hoping to pick one up for nearer the 60 mark. I saw one on USA eBay that works out at about 50. If I wasn't concerned about import tax, I'd have been all over that one.
Also, I bought a TS9DX new in the states, and it showed on my credit card statement as about 77. To buy one new in the shops here would cost around 130.
So yes, pedals are much more expensive in the UK, and Europe compared to the USA.

Zerk, just from curiosity, what is the shipping from the USA to Europe? Any ideas? I'm interested in buying the PH-1 and maybe another delay (DM-3 or DD-2), but all of these pedals are quite rare here and if not rare, extremely pricey, so I may end up buying from the states.

don't forget import tax..... sometimes customs officers are extremly picky even if it's declared as a gift.
