Beautiful.... congrats...i really like the parallel inlays like on the vintage 50's Gibsons jazz guitars....my Yamaha SG has gold hardware as well and coming from playing mostly Fender guitars i found it a bit 'bling' as well but after a while i got used to it and i'm glad because it's a fine guitar as i'm sure yours is as well....best of luck with it and enjoy.....

I actually have a Jaguar with the gold plated hardware, and always kind of wished it was just standard. Think that's where my lack of love for the gold plating comes from. I'm seriously warming to it on this guitar though...

DasBeef - all your deliberations were worth it - she is a thing of beauty. A really nice purchase mate and I know that you'll enjoy every minute playing it. I can't wait to hear the sound samples.
Well my ears are ringing from jamming this beast all day. The more I'm playing it, the more I'm loving it. The varitone is awesome. Lets you coax some real Fender-ish sounds out of the guitar, and at the flick of a dial, your right back into that 335 ring. It's just immense! Thanks for all your comments!
To 335, to 345, or just go crazy and 359?
