I enjoy mine, or enjoyed min (in repair). You can style it subtle enough that it is barley noticeable or tweek it to an eights rate and head back in time for a few minutes. The only problem is its slight detune and boost. Fix this or get past it and it is more than worth having one.

can you somehow fix a boosting pedal? I have the same problem with my BF-3!

On the older pedals where the components are more accessible... it is certainly possible to play with the boost. The BF-3 is diffcult for two reasons - there is no schematic for it floating around, and it is SMD.

For the stuff where it is too hard to change the problem pedal, there are a number of solutions. I made this thing for myself:

Very nice pedal, Laurie. I remember I saw this pdf long ago and couldn't find a use for myself. That was then, of course. I was thinking on getting a larger pedalboard with just one row but I guess it could reach ridiculous meassures in case I buy what I think I need...
