There link comes up with Error 404
It seems to be the wrong Suffix, you have .zip instead of .pdf
That's probably the cause of the error.

Please mention that it contains an extra page, with all the sample settings copies to a single page.

That's very cool. If my archive is correct you have a #9500. The change happened at #9000-#9100 so it makes sense that they informed about the LED change in the next months.

Great if you can scan it. I've seen these notes included with pedals in Ebay auctions but haven't got one myself.

Anyone ever notice in the CE-2 manual (online version) the Output jack description references the BF-2 instead? page 2 at the bottom...

I took pics of the CE-2, DM-2 BF-2 and PH-1r manuals todays.

Are they needed? If so should I upload them or email them to someone for uploading?
