I want to get a sound from my fairly new OS-2 Overdrive/Distortion but i cant seem to find it. I want the type of sound you might get from a dimed Plexi. any suggestions?

What kind of amp are you going into? Unless it is a Plexi or something close you are probably not going to get that sound.

what kind of sound are you going for, maybe the os-2 is not right for what you are trying to do

Sorry, an OS-2 can't quite reach a dimed Plexi sound.

i have a GE-7, too. i could combine them to get that sound, couldnt i?

I have played a 1959 plexi many times, they have one at the recording/rehearsal studio that we rent. Also the 2nd guitarist in my band uses a MG series amp. There is no way you're going to come close to the sound using the MG series amp. Sorry. But if you are going to try, I'd say turn the volume to 10 on both the pedal and the amp.
