While I don't have the exact specifications for the signal Levels on the line out of the twin pedals with me. As far as I can see, it would be equivalent to placing them in the effects loop of a combo/head.
It may be prudent to try this at one of your friendly local music stores.
As some pro power amps have line in levels as high as 2 to 4 volts. And you have not stated any other specifications or info on your power amp.
I have a preamp/poweramp setup for louder gigs. Not being familiar with the OD-20 I can at least comment that in order to get the most efficient use out of a poweramp; the preamp's (pedal or rackmount) output has to match or come close to the poweramps input sensitivity. These are typically hard specs to determine since most manufacturers are less than forthcoming with these details. My guess is that the OD-20 does not have enough output to push a poweramp.
What you intend to will,...but is it the best solution??? Probably not. You'll likely not have enough output from the pedal to properly "drive" the poweramp resulting in less volume and sucked tone.
As PaulH mentions the best bet is to find a preamp that has the appropriate output to push your poweramp and run the DD-20 at the instrument level of the preamp.
