| The PS-2 rocks me so hard, it makes the craziest laser like sounds on that 4th setting and manual at about 12 o clock. (Although I am at work right now and cant check the settings for sure) but damn I love it. It's impractical for the most part, but I love it. |

I have lots of trouble using PS-2 for harmonies, HR-2 is much better. But I havent tried PS-2 as a noice-maker, Ill try the settings above. As a delay PS-2 is a little special, but for short loops its very good. The repeats are going away in a special way that I I like a lot. |

| i have a prob with my PS2. as i turn the balance knob from D to E. the level decreases to almost nothing. but the opposite happens with the effect. as the knob goes from E to D, the effect disappears. so, i get a clean sound when the knob is on D ( until over 3 o'clock position) and an pitch shifted/delayed sound when the knob is on E, which i can barell hear. the other 3 knobs seem to work. so, what could be the problem? thanks in advance? i really want this pedal to work because it's in very mint condition. |

Yesterday I tried my PS-2 for noice-making and found out its a great pedal!!!! Really weird sounds came out of it in the pitch-shifter setting if I turned the feedbacklevel all the way up. AND it is possible to get nice harmonies, but you have to adjust careful. The good thing is that these harmonies works in all keys, as opposed to HR-2 where you have to twist a knob when you are playing a song in a different key. The octave settings are also great, with the high pitch you can get nearly true organ-sounds when playing chords. The low pitch is not as good as OC-2 but very useful AND you can play chords in both octave settings (impossible on OC-2). This pedal got "lost" when I bought it, I thought it was overplayed by HR-2.... so it ended fast on the shelf.... BIG mistake, this is a very usable pedal, period. |
