| ...As I previously wrote: The strat isn't mine. I think the owner installed a small humbucker. |

I just found an old B&W of me back in college c.1986! I only had a couple large brain cells at the time & think I may have lost one since.

thanks. before i got it, i wanted a new guitar, and i was thinking about something different (not strat, LP), so i went to the store and tried this one out, and i liked it, but they wanted too much for it. So i decided to make my own guitar. 6 months later it was still unfinished, and I just wanted it, so I found someone who was selling it online, and bought it for dirt cheap (seemed like he just needed any money fast). It was still mint too. (I eventually finished the guitar i built)
The actual guitar is pretty sweet. The pickups arent the greatest, but I like the change once in a while (it can be a really nice clean). Im thinking about taking my dimarzio superdistortion and PAF Joe out of my custom and poping them in this one, but im not sure yet. The neck is nice and thin, has super low action on it, its built and setup for speed. Other than my strat, it gets most played from the rest. o yea...and it has bolt-on neck (which i like more than set ones anyway) |
