Is it possible/realistic to make mono pedals stereo?

I'm specifically thinking about pedals like the EH-2 and RC-2 that go at the end of the chain, but are short-sightedly monaural. I want them to be able to carry the stereo split of the delay, et. al. that come right before them.

Use two of them (one per channel)... I've been doing that for years.

how do u stereo split an rc-2 thou, unless you modded them for one footswitch. EH-2 thou that would work,

compressers won't either will they unless they where modded

intresting idea, u could just put some kind of stereo spreader effect at the end providing you had the rack real estate.

Yeah, there is no easy solution of this type of pedal. Only answer would be to put it in the mono part of the chain, or find a stereo version.

Put the EH2 before the delays and doublers
But if you really want stereo output, you could try The Spluffer from the Electronic Projects for Musicians by Craig Anderton.
Its an active splitter with options like a buffer or pan pots.
Its similar to the reverse of the Mini Mixer (see Parallyzer) found on General Gadgets.
I made a passive mixer having two-in-one-out with a opamp, volume pots, no battery and stuffed it in a plastic cigarette case.
