Hi Nosi
Check here for the schematic.
http://www.freeinfosociety.com/electronics/schempage.php?cat=1
Wait till the page load, it can take a few seconds. Scroll down till you see -- Boss DF-2, it's a PDF.
You will find lots of stuff there. Hope this helps.

Hi Nosi Your right! it's NOT a home project, you might be able t find on on EvilBay. You will see one every so often, and prices vary a lot. It's 1:05am Sunday night here, I better go to bed, like most people, I have to work.

You should check out the DD-6 warp function instead of the DF-2.
I was looking for something to do feedback, and i thought the DF-2 would be the godly pedal, but its not that good. I like the warp a lot more, only problem is you cant use the normal modes and warp at the same time |

Hi mattoqua Is there any way you could upload a sound sample of the warp function & the way you use it?

Or learn to play guitar with everlasting sustain.. that's far better than using a pedal for it.. |

http://www.effector13.com/diy/Infinity.jpg i found this site in another topic in the forum(one about a DS-1 mod http://www.effector13.com/diy/index.html) and found a few small diagrams at the bottom of the page. one of which a feedback loop. now i have a question, what is the send and return jack for? is it to put pedals inbetween? This would be a home project. i'm going to have a try at some of these pedals! Next time i go to the guitar shop i'll try the DD-6 warp mode, thanks mattoqua. |

I dont have anything to record with. I used to just put the mic from my computer up to the amp and record (then amplify), but it was always horible quality. The mic broke, so I cant record even that. I'll see if theres some other way I can get a recording.
Ill describe it the best I can though.
I play something, then when it has a long note/chord, I hold down the warp. It starts to swell, then when I let go, I start playing something else. This isnt affected by the swell, so it sounds like its coming through the old chord. Its sounds like the light breaking through the clouds (if that makes sence). The chord swells down to nothing, and all your left with is the following sound. I dont use chorus too much since i only like it deep and kind of quick, but it seems like the perfect place to add it. |
