I don't know what all the fuss about the VB-2 is. I bought an EH type vibrato pedal and that seasickyness annoyed the helll out of me. Its is just not a pleasurable sound...

i agree. same with the detune mode on the PS-5. it sounds like a chorus pedal with rate and depth cranked.

Detune is another way of doing a chorus. i don't have in mind the sound of the PS-5, but the ones on PS-2, PS-3 and the whammy are just great.

The VB-2 is a great vibrato. I tend to prefer my EHX Clone Theory, but the VB-2 has more features.

The thing is, it's more pleasant to do this by hand on the guitar, taht's for sure. Make sure not to put the "depth" setting too high...
