Has anyone ever experimented with a reverb on a bass? Were the results good and do you still use it? please let me know.

I've tried it once! the sound was interesting to say the least, but it was a good interesting sound. I slaped a short delay (about 300ms of delay) on it and the sound was very atmospheric. i was stopped before i could add chorus. but the sounds i was getting were very cool and totally usable. cheers

I bought a EBS Dynaverb yesterday. It sounded very nice, no hiss. I A/B'd it with a EHX Holy Grail, which i didn't like that much + it was really noisy at 12'oclock or more.
I haven't tried it with my gear yet, but I don't think I'll be dissapointed!

I have used Boss reverb pedals for bass in the past and it can be very cool on sections where you want to give the song a dark/atmospheric feel. Depends on the style of your music of course, but it can sound cool on intros and middle 8 sections.
