Ok.

I was recording some tracks on garageband earlier today. I was distracted for an hour or more and when I came back my guitar level (in garageband) was much lower.

My chain was as follows:

Guitar>>FA-1 clone>>AC-3>>DN-2>>CE-2>>4-track mixer>>Lexicon Lambda>>Garageband.

The volume was very noticeable when compared to previously recorded tracks. Funny thing is I unplugged my DC-Brick (powering only my pedals) then plugged it back in and the level was right back to where it was.

Any ideas on who the culprit is?

Oh, I was only using the FA-1 and the AC-3 so...

G'day Right Foot Boss! Saw this and thought I'd do a bit of research.

On Harmony Central, from a review of the DC brick... "It messed with my sound... shifted in volume on the most inappropriate occasions".

Wonder if it is the DC brick?

Hi Right Foot Boss

Will you please post some internal pics of the DC-Brick.

When you pick it up, is it light or slightly heavy?

The weight will tell you if it's a switching power supply, or an
analog transformer step down type.

Regards Dr. Bob

I am charging batteries for the camera right now. It is heavy but that is mostly due to the metal casing.
