I like TOTO alot, and also since one of the best guitarplayers today Steve Lukather, bless their sound with his guitar. So lately its been lots of TOTO, and Steve Lukather solo projects.

I am however into lots of different music, ranging from hard rock and metal to blues. I guess it all depends on the mood Im in for the day.

Lincoln Brewster / Self Titled - He couldn't have been more than 20 when he made this 1st CD. A very gifted guitar player with great tones and a great sense of dynamics and production.

Casting Crowns / Self Titled - A overnight sensation in 2003 with this debut. Steven Curtis Chapman produced this CD and his hand is all over it.

Jeremy Camp / Carried Me - Young and edgy with a gravelly voice, Jeremy gives some punch to contempory worship music.

Vineyard US / Dwell - A compilation of some of the best that the Vineyard churches in America have to offer. People from all over the country that got together to record and it sounds like they've played together for years.

Vineyard UK / Holy - A compilation of songs from the huge talent pool that the Vineyard churches in the UK have amassed. God's doing something over there!

Kathryn Scott / Satisfy - Another great singer/songwriter from the UK Vineyard.

Third Day / Wire - Another great CD from one of CCM's biggest groups. Southern Rock flavored, a very tight and well produced band. These guys put together a great concert.

Mercy Me / Almost There - These guys are the kings of guitar effects. My wife is learning about effects by listening to their music.

If you like Queen, go for it !!!! This american band sounds like old vintage 70's Queen with a drop of the last albums, absolutely brilliant... I recommend it !

most recently:

Sonic Youth -- Goo (2xCD reissue)
Tragedy -- Vengeance & live bootlegs
Megadeth -- so far, so good... so what! & Peace sells, but who's buying?
Bury the Living -- All the news that's fit to scream
Oblivians -- Popular Favorites

on DVD, I just got the "DVOD 1" DVD (by Voivod), which was awesome; that recent Cream DVD is also supposed to be outstanding, but alas I haven't heard it yet.

Well I haven't been listening to many CD's as of right now (as I'm currently writing songs with my band). But I've been starting off my day with two demo songs from nothingface.

Plasmatic Brain Spasm- Self titled CD. (a really good funk band! My ex-girlfriend from high school Pepper is one of the vocalists. Check em out!)
