Hey guys, my bass player is having trouble with his bass multi effects at the moment so i was goin to give him a few of my compact pedals to play around with. thing is has anyone tried the DS-1, OD-3, HF-2, EH-2 with bass? i take it it wouldn't damage any of them. |

DS-1 : crap. Forget about it.
HF-2 : I never tested but it could be sweet.
EH-2 : why on earth ??? There is a bass version of the EH-2 (LMB-3). Why bother with a guitar version ?
Damage is not an issue anyway. |

| In my opinion, the best way for you to iscover this is to test. As those are your pedals, you obviously can. I thought you was asking for pedals you don't have, you were planning to buy or to advice your friend. |

the HF-2 sounds neat with bass, but obviously the bass flanger sounds better...
Basstyra.. how is the EH-2 similar to the LMB-3. isnt that a limiter? |

| A bass into a guitar-pedal will not kill the pedal but it can kill the bass-sound in the mix. Meaning, the low frequencies will not pass through the pedal. This happened to me when I stepped on my DC-2, my bass just dissapeared from the band-mix. |
