I have come across another variant in logo differences in regards to the Boss PH-1r Phaser. I have one, serial number #127200 that has the start of the PH-1r logo begin in the middle of the "s" in "Phaser". There is a listing current with this post (8/23/05) where the logo starts at the beginning of the "e" in "Phaser". ebay listing #7345656898. Just trying to add to the collective knowledge/database. Great phaser BTW - I just scored a MIJ PH-2 so I'll post any comparisions once I get it.
I just noticed that in the Boss Book you can see the difference in the giant picture of the multitude of Boss pedals in the photo of "The World's Greatest Boss Collector"
I wasn't aware that the TW-1 had this variance too. Thanks for making me aware of it.
- On the TW-1 the T can be under the W or a of T Wah. In the case of the pedals labelled Touch Wah, the T is under the W. - On the CE-2 the C is under the r or u os Chorus. - On the OD-1 the O is under r or i of Over Drive. - On the DS-1 the D is under the the t or i of Distortion - On the PH-1r the P is under the s or e of Phaser
Geez! So many logo variations i might have to check myself in for a rest at my local sanatarium! But seriously the logo variations are unique and the idea that they have changed them makes the older pedals more collectable IMHO. By the way, Good eyes boss freak.
