Hi guys
Okay i made a joke recently in another post about getting rid of my micro rack collection, since then I have been thinking about actually....dare I say it.... selling them. Anyone got any suggestions on what a complete set would be worth, they are all working perfectly and I do have a few boxes and a few manuals and also the repair manuals for a few also.
I am buying another amp soon the 2203KK head (Kerry King Signature amp from marshall) and I figure the head will be used more than I am using the micro effects. The only one I would keep is one of the Parametric Eq's (I have 3 or 4 doubles of the micros), atop of that, I am not really using any effects anymore other than EQ for tone shaping and at times a delay.
Any Suggestions on what they are worth greatly appreciated.
cheers

Hmm. Sometimes sets can be worth more than the sum of their parts, sometimes not. Usually with Boss pedals if someone's offering a package then the package sells a fair bit cheaper than the sum of the individual pedal's market values. I imagine if someone offered a complete set of all Boss pedals released to date it wouldn't sell for more than if all the pedals were sold individually. I've bought and sold a few of the microracks and if marketed well the non-delay units command about AUD$60-80, the delay units maybe AUD$110-130.

I certainly agree with RRV-10.
I suspect that the value of micro racks will be at least a good bit higher in the future. These are very good effects for guitar, especially the delays and the reverb. There are not that many of them and I think the prices are going up in the collector market too.
Right now I think the units are underpriced.

The reason I bought mine was that they're high quality and dirt cheap. They usually go for less than the compact pedals so they're good value when buying and not worth a lot when selling. I think Goran is right when he says their value is likely to increase so I'm certainly going to hold on to mine.
