Lister should have added the following for the last paragraph:

"Although it is in great condition for its age, 20 fresh scratches were added when positioning the the pedal on rough lock-stone sidewalk while taking photos for eBay listing".

This is the part of the description that confuses me "It is very creamy, with just a hint of overdrive". I don't think I've ever heard a chorus pedal with a hint of overdrive...
