Found me this great free music site.

Who doesn't remember 'rocking Goose' by 'Johnny and the Hurricanes'

http://www.deezer.com/track/rocking-goose-T1236716#music/album/130697

It's driving my wife crazy already

Enjoy

I did know deezer already, but I hadn't heard of Johnny & the Hurricanes. I like the quacky goose sounds. What instrument would it be? Saxophone?

I think it's a kazoo.

Johnny & the Hurricanes were a typical surf-type group in the early 60s. Had some pretty good stuff featuring some rockin' guitar.

Johnny & the Hurricanes made some terrific music, the guitar player had a very nice distorted tone. Music that make you happy, even if it has faded some by the years, its not as fresh as some of the 50s blues still can sound.

I'm glad you posted the link to deezer. I have a couple of 45s by this group that I've enjoyed for years and through this site I've been able to listen to the songs without all the excessive scratches my parents put on the records. Now if I could figure out a way to download the two songs to my computer...
