| Be Careful! Unless something is wrong with your pedal already, I would not recommend touching them. They can adjust the settings for the delay, sometimes into bad, uncharted waters. If you're so inclined, you'd be wise to mark original settings, but I've heard so many horror stories of "lost pedals" due to tweaking internal adjustments that I would say best let sleeping delays lay. |

| As someone who has lost a few pedals to the Compact Graveyard, I can whole-heartedly recommend NOT touching those adjusters! Especially on a DM2, which would be quite expensive to replace if you were to do something wrong to yours! |

| My DM-2 is working nicely. I'm gonna try not to breathe on them. In fact I'm gonna close that pedal up and pretend I never saw them. Thanks for the good advice. |

HA HA HA! Good idea!
For those of you that know about my PH2 trimpot fiasco, I got a new one today. Of course I couldn't resist opening it up for some sick and strange reason... But I didn't touch the trimmers this time! |

| Boss freak: You have to weld your bottomplates so you never ever can get them loose, or superglue them if you you not have equipment for weldig... |

HAHAHAHA That's a good idea, Goran! I really should consider that! I don't know if I have very many pedals that haven't been opened up. |

VR1 adjusts the BBD bias current. Incorrect adjustment makes the pedal noisy. VR2 adjusts clock leakage to minimum. You don't want the clock signal leaked into your audio signal. VR3 adjusts the clock frequency.
The DM-2s trimpots can be adjusted back to the correct settings by a qualified tech as the schematic describes how to do this. For many other pedals there are no such instructions and the pedal may not survive.
Maybe there's something wrong with me but I've never really fancied playing around with the trimpots in any of my pedals.

Hey Boss Freak! Glad you got a new PH-2. I know how to weld if you want me to make sure that you NEVER get into that thing again! it would be a shame if you killed that one too.
Just kidding. |

Thanks arcanon1313, but I don't think I'll be tweaking this one! |
