This is an 18 volt pedal. THe battery harness(2) and power jack conections are missing.
I have a scematic and tried wirering it up, but was unsucsesful. If any one has a picture of the insides of an 18 volt performer series DOD pedal and could post it, or describe how the power is aplied to the circuit I would apreciate it.
Please post some pics of the insides of your DOD 585a analog delay. And perhaps the schematic as well.

Wiring 2 time 9V batteries in series isn't all that difficult, it's probably, we can draw you a pic. It's probably just the connections back into the pedal, that might be a bit trickier.
I took some pics but i'll try to describe what I currently have.
The power jack has one original red wire going to the harness connector on the board. It is on the switching leg of the tip of the jack. I can see that the other half of the tip switch connector also had a connection at one point.
the input jack currently has no wires connected to it.
the output jack has a blue wire attached at its tip. the sleeve conection is missing (- from battery?)
the board harness has two wires broken loose from their connections. a black wire. ( i think this goes to sleeve of output).
a green wire. (this was attached to input tip).
any insight in how to proceed will be apreciated.
edit2.- to get 18 volts, I used two 9 volt batteries in series (red to black) I tried attaching one lead to the switched leg of the power input. ran a jumper to the switched leg of the input tip, and touched the other leg of the 18 volt source to the output sleeve trying to get it to turn on and work. But all i managed to do was short out the batteries.
Should I punt and take it to a shop? I had fixed this 10 years ago but it was by trial and error ( thats where all the soldering iron burns came from) . this time I cant seem to figure it out.
