Rarest currently in your collection or used to have?
In the early nineties I had a DC-2 (Dimension C) Used it sparringly then got rid of it for something like $25
If only I knew then what I know now! lol

nothin overly rare.
CE-2 SN 0000 OD-1 SN 0400 PH-1 SN 8800 DM-3
i had an old super distortion feedbacker (first year) back in the day. i could have picked up a DC-2 for $30 back in the day as well but didn't.
i used to have a crapload of old 9-series ibanez pedals that i scored at a pawn shop and wish i hadn't gotten rid of. |

Hi pedals 4 pv[
If you want... I can send you some nice closeup pics of mine. Internal & external, as well as pics of the manual & vinyl caser case. Sadly no box.

CE-2 SS with box and manual. I'm still super pumped about it and want to punch someone in the face right now.
Aside from that it would have to be my boxed PQ-4. Man am I glad I bought that before the price craze.
And if it counts I also own a J-5 boxed. Those seem to be pretty rare. Cheap but rare. |

I have a MIJ DS-1 and CE-2 but i reckon my rarest would have to be my FZ-3 as according to something i read on the forum, boss only made 15'000 of these worldwide..... not a lot compared to other boss pedals.... although i could be wrong as i'm not a collector.... |

| I once owned a VB-2; now, I am lucky to have a PQ-4. Semi-rares include the FZ-3 and SD-2; but the rarest of them all are my stinkfoot pedals (ds-1, mt-2, sd-1, dd-5). Those are simply the best. |

OD1, silver screw with momentory led [Heh is this a pain!!..??..] Just forgotten to mention: DS1 dito as above, and yes, they both happen to sound great!! Still the momentory switch may be fun, but I like to see which pedal is in action and which one is not.
VB2, don't let the world tell you how rare they are, I can think of a few other bosspedals which can get close to that sound, but heh, let us keep that seceret eh for all those speculators who spy around these forums!! |

OD-1 #7900 Mint OD-1 #9200
3x "Touch" TW-1
DC-2 - are they really that rare? DSD-2 on the way.
Would a PH-1 w/Black Screw be a smaller production run as it was halted in 1981? Not as rare as <8700, but rarer than 8800-0500? Any thoughts? |

The rarest one I've had/have is a PD-1 Rocker Distortion (although this is awaiting restoration). Nice pedal, too, completely different from any other Boss distortion I've heard and in need of a reissue.

| I've got a 1981 DM-2 Delay which must be pretty rare by now. I don't know if the ph-1r or the mz-2 are as rare, but they certainly don't crop up too often. |
