| Is it just me, or have you also noticed a lack of boss pedals on ebay right now? My standard searches bring up no SG-1, no VB-2, no SP-1, and only one DM-2. |

| Yep, the nicer items are fewer and farther between, I would agree. I preform a complete daily scour of the pedal listings. |

| Ebay kind of screwed over sellers with their new rules, so now they have less business. I would rather sell any music gear on the forums at a lower price than help contribute to their profits. |

I'll have to disagree with you BBM (though not wholeheartedly). The "problem" with E-bay is not E-bay, it is dishonest/or stupid people (buyers & sellers) & people that use/misuse feedback as a tool. I, unfortunately, know WAY MORE about this than I should, as my better half is employed by a link in the chain. If you heard some of the crap that goes on, it would blow your mind. Not posted to offend you, just my take & insight. This type of misbehavior is the same reason you have a drowning warning on the side of a 5 gallon bucket, & a "caution, hot" warning on the side of your Mc Dogball's coffee, (what a novel idea, hot coffee), it's supposed to be hot.

i reckon it's cos people are watching the olympics instead of trading on ebay.
the stuff you want on ebay sometimes don't get listed for ages and then within a few weeks there'd be up to half a dozen of them go up. just the way things are sometimes. |

Yea I've notice it too. In the US we're going through an economic slow down. Or maybe it's because all the Mega Hard to Find, Vintage, Super Rare, Brand New In Box, Petals have all been sold to collectors. |

Usually someone puts a rare item up, then loads of others who also have one, watch it to see the final price. If it sells for a high price, and had a lot of bids, then they'll list their's to try and make the same (or more) money. |
