A friend was telling me that he bought a boss pedal that had a little pad on it, and when you hit it with your finger or a drum stick, it made random unpredictable noises. Apparently they didn't sell at all and he picked it up for $10Australian new 20 years ago. I said I would be interested in it, but he can't find it and I have no idea what it would be called. Any help greatly appreciated. (Also as I'm new, apologies if this is the wrong forum)
i live in sandringham. to be honest i dont really use that many boss pedals (only a dd-6 in my current set up) i sold my ds-1 and have df-2 although im not currently using it. i just joined up to try and get some info on my friends pedal.
i do play in a band (currently without a bass player) sort of indie/noise pop. im really into shoegaze which is why i use so many pedals.
yea it was the Percussion Synthesizer http://www.bossarea.com/other/pc2.asp been playing around with it heaps, it's great fun, seeing as i really like making weird sounds with my effects. are this really hard/expensive to come across now? i gave my friends back cos id had it for a few weeks and felt bad. cheers jamie
