My CE-2B has just arrived But i was just testing it.....and i think its subtle....very subtle. With all knobs closed and pedal turned on i can hear my dry signal (with my other panels i dont hear anything) I have to turn all knobs wide open for any noticeable effect. Battery is fresh. Anybody knows whats going on?

that sounds about right to me. the CE-2B only 'choruses' the higher frequencies, letting the lower frequencies pass through uneffected for less muddiness. try fretting the G string at the 12th fret with the CE-2B set for a 'subtle' sound, and see if the chorus effect is more pronounced than the open E string....

Well it is definitely more pronounced....so that probably takes care of that. What about the dry signal being audible with the e. level knob at 0 and the pedal turned on? All my other pedals are dead silent in that case.

I had forgotten about that... instead of a normal 'level' knob like on an overdrive pedal, the CE-2B's 'effect level' knob actually blends dry and chorused signals. so with it all the way counterclockwise, you should have a 100% dry signal....

Thanks a lot for the info! It explains a lot. I thought there might have been something wrong with my CE-2B but from what you've told me it probably operates normally.
