I just picked up an LS-2 to do some experimenting with my sound. I had a choice between this and a TBP strip and I ultimately went with the LS-2 because of the level controls. I was curious how you all set them up and hoping to glean some ideas on how to simplify and get the most out of mine.

Here is how I currently have it setup.

Bass-->TU-2-->LS-2-->Supercollider Fuzz-->Bass MuRF-->Amp.

Loop A: (Synth Loop)
Boss OC-2-->
Boss SD-2-->
Tone Factor 442 Red Analog Filter (Envelope Filter).

Loop B: (Clean Envelope Filter Loop) 3Leaf Audio Groove Regulator.

I went with the Groove Regulator in a separate loop so I could set the level on it higher and try to get it sit a little higher in the mix.

I'm also trying to figure out how to get the MuRF into one of the loops because frankly,...the bypass ain't all that great.

A couple of gripes. I have to cycle through A>B>Bypass instead of having them at my disposal with a tap of the foot. I guess the solution is making sure I'm setup for each "scene" (as Line 6 would put it). My other gripe is the need for "custom" length cables and I have no place to solder. The solution here would be to get a pedaltrain,...add something else to my G.A.S. list.

Mine has a loop of pedals in loop A(TR-2,DD-3's x 2) and a tuner in loop B...i keep it A and bypass if i need the tuner i just bend down and flick the selector knob onto B for silent tuning and then turn it back to A/Bypass....i bought the Planet waves pedalboard kit to make you the 'custom' cables i needed..no soldering involved..i know what you mean about having to 'scroll' throught the three modes the way you have it set maybe a switcher with two different switches would be better for you...Laurie is building stuff at the moment including a A/B box with true bypass....
