Okay.... I noticed something strange on the time machine..... I was mostly using the vintage mode but now I've switched to the modern mode cause I wanted something more subtle.... and there's some strange modulation going on....

oh and the tap tempo seems to be broke as well (it's still under warranty so I'll get it fixed - still strange) - this all seems more like a software issue... some other users seem to have the same issues

I did a quick video

Broken Time Machine? Let them change the flux compensator.

Thats really a shame. I'm guessing the pedals under a year old? For the tap tempo to go aswell... Wonder if it was a faulty batch or something. Hope VOX sort it out for you mate

I'm sure they will.... in germany there's ALWAYS a 2 year warranty time.

the question is HOW they will sort it out....

don't wanna send my pedal in and wait several month..... but well... if the replacement will be okay that would still be fine I guess.....

KORG has become very good when it comes to guarantee repairs/replacement. I was surprised if it took longer than 3 weeks to solve your problem.

"KORG and more" is in Marburg. KORG ownes VOX since 8 years or so (don't know exactly) and since then the amps have become good and popular again! I sell them a lot and I like their gear.

man I'm glad I youtubed this....

brought it back to the store today and the tap tempo was working.... well it might be a sporadical bug but it's still a bug.... I showed them the video on youtube and they went from "it seems to be working fine!" to "aaahh I see okay! don't want to have that happening during a gig"

I also phoned Korg and more before driving all the way to the store (which is in another city) but they didn't really want to hear about it.... "bring it back to the store - it's their business not ours"

Okay, "Korg and more" is not the contact person for common customers, just for sellers, so I can fully understand their comment. Every guarantee service must be conducted through the dealer's store.

honestly.... I don't think that's correct.

usually I would just go to the manufacturer.... if THEIR product is faulty.... Korg & more is the next best thing to that.

the shop will just sent it to them anyway....

they will send it back to the shop and I can drive half an hour to get the pedal back home

pretty stupid if you ask me....

we (as in the company I work for) "only" make software but get direct support calls as well. Our german distributor answers support calls too.... you won't hear us saying "go to the shop you bought it from and ask them for support"

just my two cents

well I wouldn't call it pathetic
but yeah ...it could've been better imo

VOX didn't even get back to me AT ALL.

maybe it's just different in the hardware world.... still if something is broken in my hardware why should I blame the store I bought it from...

actually why should I blame the distributor..... same thing really....

BAD VOX BAD
