I just got a Modulation Modeler and there is a slight design difference to my Amp-modeler when it comes to the logo. The logo is like on the Line6 homepage on the Amp-Modeler. Hovever there is only a small Line6 sticker on Mod-Modeler. Is it newer, or is it designed differently depending on what country you are in? Maybe inside differences?
I have noticed this as well with the newest stomp modelers coming out. I think it is so they can easily tell the difference between the older models (which have lots of problems from what I've heard, I own a DL-4 and an FM-4, the FM-4 has never had a problem, but the DL-4 has always been qwirky)
