That doubleneck is a little too close to the new price on the same model.. the white one is a bit more (spends more time in finishing).
They're great guitars, but I'd hate to get a neck-twist..
I've tried one of the 1/300 (I think) Jimmy Page (not signed) customs which go for $7k+ - it's really the same, but with really high grade mahogany (makes a difference!) and Burstbucker 1/2/3 or Pagebucker pickups.
Ohh.. SGs are so nice. Back to the silverburst here though.. I would play it judiciously, and keep all the goodies associated with it. It'll have a good resale once all the 400 have been disseminated into player and keeper-collector hands. Probably not the case for some of those Guitars-of-the-week/month..
