what caps do you change in the audio path to help the tone etc.
i'm looking to help the overall tone , and what kind of caps do
you recomend ?

In the past, I had good experience with the V-Series �5% Stacked Metallized Film Capacitors from Panasonic:

In some pedals (CS3, GE7,) when I replaced the 1uF electrolytics with the Panasonic equivalent all the background "hiss" was instantly eliminated.
