I dug this up the other day. Don't know very much about it, but thought some of you might find it interesting. It's an intriguing thing and I'd love to know more about it myself. It was made in Japan and has the serial number 16585.

In the first pic, what are the four FET's on the bottom left, in a straight line. (maybe 2SK30A) there would-should be matched FET's

It looks like a standard 4 stage FET phaser, the 2 transistors on bottom the right, look like the bypass flip-flop, the trim pot is probably to set the level or symmetry of the clock-oscillator.

Sorry, I was just thinking-typing out loud....

Probably sounds similar to a MXR Phase 90 or PH-1 or may pedals of that era.
Do you want the schematic of the PH-1, just PM me, it looks very similar in design.
